Chicago native bi-way of Atlanta and Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Velvet started her music career in the year of 2014 at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. There she majored in Music Education and engulfed herself into the many art forms there is. Being a product of an HBCU, Velvet saw the inequalities of today's world and decided that enough is enough.
